Nantymoel Youth played their last game of the season last weekend against Bryncoch. 

The game kicked off with Nantymoel attacking well but a few missed tackles and Bryncoch was able to run wide through the Nantymoel defence making the score 5-0. Nantymoel managed to come straight back with a well run backs move, putting Dean Young over the try line. With Nantymoel giving too many penalties away, it was Bryncoch who got over the try line for the 2nd time. Just before half time Nantymoel struck back to make it level once again with a good driving maul from the line out for captain Jacob Edwards to go over the line and make it 10-10.

In the 2nd half, Nantymoel started to play with a lot more confidence and try's from Lewis Carson and Lloyd Cheesman in the backs was enough to make the final score - Nantymoel Youth 20 Bryncoch Youth 10.

All of the Youth at Nantymoel would like to say a massive thank you to Team Manager Lee (Lergy) Hier, who is hanging up his boots after 40 years of rugby. He has been such a big help for us and an asset to the team over the last two years being Team Manager for the youth. Thank you!
